Nursery Terms and Conditions
Fees are payable, monthly in advance by Direct Debit, on the 1st of the month (excluding expected voucher or Tax Free Childcare payments). If your payment fails for any reason then the nursery reserves the right to refuse to allow you to leave your child at nursery.
Parents are requested to pay their first month’s nursery fees by bank transfer and arrange for payment by direct debit (and/or voucher/tax free childcare) thereafter. Please arrange bank transfer payment to be made using the details provided by your nursery.
Late payment of fees will incur an interest charge on the outstanding amount of 4% above the Bank of England base rate. All overdue accounts will be passed to the company’s debt collection agency who will add a 15% plus VAT collection charge to the account.
For any failed payments a charge of £25.00 will be applied.
Fees are not refundable for any periods of absence. This includes periods where Just Childcare is unable to operate the nursery due to events beyond its control (Force Majeure). Such events may include but not be limited to acts of God or third parties outside of the nursery’s control including disruptions to highways, public transport, utilities, pandemics, industrial action, or other events.
Education Grant hours will be taken off your monthly bill specific to the period that they relate to as per local authority guidelines.
Late collections will be charged at £1.00 per minute with a minimum £15 charge.
Extra sessions will be charged at the standard rate and must be paid for on booking. Once booked extra session charges will not be refunded if unused.
Four week notice in writing is required to cancel or change a booking. If written notice is not received full fees for the period will be charged in lieu of notice.
The nursery will provide one month’s notice should any fees increase.
The nursery reserves the right to exclude a child if they believe attendance at the setting is not in the child’s best interest or for safety reasons.
A non-refundable registration fee of £75.00 is charged on booking. A deposit is required to secure a place and this will be deducted/refunded against your final invoice when your child leaves the nursery subject to your account being clear. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE should you not take up the place.

Some services or information provided through the Just Childcare website may be subject to additional terms and conditions as indicated in connection with registering for and using such services.
Use of the Just Childcare website is solely at Just Childcare’s discretion, and Just Childcare reserves the right to prohibit anyone from accessing, browsing, supplying information to or downloading information from the Just Childcare website.

Just Childcare’s website is protected under copyright laws and international conventions. The names of Just Childcare’s products and services in the pages are Just Childcare’s trademarks. Just Childcare grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license that may not be sub-licensed to browse the Just Childcare website and use the Just Childcare website as follows:

Data Protection
Just Childcare shall at all times comply with the provisions and obligations imposed by the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the Data protection principles together with any subsequent re-enactment or amendment thereto in storing and processing personal data provided by users of the website. All personal data acquired by Just Childcare from a user shall be disclosed to that user on written (not email) request. Just Childcare acknowledges and shall comply with the Data Protection Principles contained within the Data Protection Act 2018.
Trademarks and Brand Names
Just Childcare and the various Just Childcare product names and services displayed on the Just Childcare website are trading styles, brand names and trademarks of Just Childcare. Other words, icons, symbols, devices and logos appearing on Just Childcare website and its pages may be the trademarks of other legal entities or individuals. All such trademarks are acknowledged by Just Childcare.
Linking to this Site
Just Childcare is prepared to consider granting consent on merit to requests from third parties to create a link from another web site or web site page to certain pages on the Just Childcare web site. Such consent is required. You may freely create and use ‘Bookmark’ links to unrestricted Web pages on the Just Childcare website in your web browser.

Just Childcare makes every effort to keep the Just Childcare web site operational. However, certain technical difficulties may, from time to time, result in temporary service interruptions. The user agrees not to hold Just Childcare liable for any of the consequences of such interruptions.
